Redfield Proctor was a U.S. Senator, Secretary of War, Vermont Governor and founder of the Vermont Marble Company in the 1800s. This marble sculpture was enlarged from a plaster model by Kellie Pereira and will be part of the downtown sculpture trail in Rutland, Vermont.
